the room was upgraded! i appreciated the beautiful views from all the restaurants. krisna was our photographer from dreams studio and anne was the host. they clicked beautiful pictures by the beach.
i arrived at 2pm and waited until 4:20pm to get my room. i had problems entering the room on 4 different occasions. it took nearly an hour to find loungers by the pool.

disorganized buffet musty smell
The breakfast service was really chaotic one morning. it seemed like the staff was overwhelmed and disorganized. It was difficult to get a table and the buffet area was quite messy. also, our room had a musty smell when we first arrived. WE opened the windows to air it out, but it took a while for the smell to dissipate. it definitely impacted our initial impression of the room.

The breakfast had MANY options like pastries and fresh fruit. The staff took the time to get to know me. My room was spacious very comfy and tidy.
I arrived at 2pm and I was asked to wait for my room. I waited until 4:20pm and had to ask WHEN it would be available. I visited the pool the next day and found a lack of sunbeds.
